3D Printing
We bought a 3D printer several years ago, but it was very manual and we never managed to do much with it. Recently we bought a Bambu Lab A1 and it has been a lot of fun. We’ve made all kinds of things, and I’ve been experimenting and learning what works and what doesn’t.
Fighting Fascism
Things are bleak right now. It’s overwhelming, but I’m determined not to give in to hopelessness. My intention is to find ways I can protect the most vulnerable and fight for positive change.
Guitar
I’ve been learning guitar. I’m still not good, but I enjoy practicing and feel like I’ll eventually be not bad. I took a couple of classes at the local vo-tech and now I’m doing Justin Guitar courses to keep myself moving forward.
Pizza
I’ve been making pizza at home for a few years now, trying to perfect my technique. I make my own dough, my own sauce, occasionally my own cheese and sausage. I have an Ooni gas pizza oven that is fantastic. I like experimenting with all kinds of styles and toppings.
Work
I’ve been with Love’s Travel Stops for over 7 years now. I’m a mobile dev supervisor working on the Love’s Connect app. I’ve been working from home since March 2020.
Family
Angela is working at the local library. Kids are both doing well in school and currently interested in performing arts.
